Happy Holidays everyone! Welcome one, welcome all to the TTS Tribune, a blog/newsletter, than will keep you all up to date with the goings on in TTS, while delivering exclusive content and in depth looks at the community. For this first edition, I thought a TTS version of the Christmas classic would be appropriate, and a way to give those both old and new to our wonderful community, a way to see how much fun we have, and some of the jokes we share. This fortnight, TTS would like to take a moment to wish you all a joyous holiday season, spent with family and friends. Perhaps during this time of the year, some of you will get the Festive Imbiber achievement in real life, I know I will be!
So as a reminder, as of the 20th of December, we are currently on a leader break until the 4th of January. Because of this, any regularly scheduled raids, events or activities have been cancelled. However, leaders may still be on to organise impromptu raids, and of course, all members are encouraged to do the same! If you would like to organise something in advance, use the forums to gauge interest and gather a group of like-minded community members to play with!
The TTS Tribune will return in 2 weeks, and if you have anything you would like to have added to the Tribune, or any comments on this exciting new venture, please feel free to send me a message on the forums! Until next time, I leave you with this poem!
T’was the night before Wintersday – A TTS Themed poem based on “T’was the night before Christmas”
T’was the night before Wintersday, when all through the guild
Not a player was stirring, not even the skilled.
Tequatl hung stockings by Broonoolu with care,
In hopes that Lord Erin would soon waypoint there.
Merforga was nestled all snug in his bed,
While visions of puns danced in his head.
The three headed wurm terrorized Bloodtide Coast,
Before we all flooded, and turned it to toast.
When over on Teamspeak there arose such a clatter,
An open mic had sprung up, from amongst all the chatter.
But lo and behold, HoT was released,
To give us the chance to slay the dragon’s mighty beast
We explored all together, from Brink to Stand,
and hoped that CoF farming, would not get us banned.
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a fierce Chak Gerent, whose death rose a cheer.
